Gina B Joins the Designer Greetings Family!

Dear Gina B friends and retailers,

I’m writing with some exciting news. After 42 incredible years, I’m proud to share that Gina B Designs—truly my “baby”—will soon be under new ownership.

Building Gina B Designs alongside you has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I am deeply grateful for your support, trust, and partnership over the years.

I’m pleased to share that Designer Greetings, Inc. will assume ownership, with the transition expected January 4th, 2027, when our Minnesota operations will close.  Designer Greetings (Edison, NJ) is a highly respected, family-owned greeting card publisher led by Steven and Fern Gimbelman. With more than 44 years in the industry, they have a strong history of successfully carrying forward legacy brands, including Palm Press, Northern Exposure, Madison Park Greetings, Red Farm Studio, Glitter Wrap, Great Arrow Graphics, and others.

Most importantly, Steve, Fern, and their team understand what makes Gina B Designs special. They are committed to preserving its identity as a stand-alone brand and carrying it forward with creativity and integrity. I am confident they will take wonderful care of both the brand and the retailer relationships that have meant so much to me.

I am working closely with their team to help ensure a smooth transition. Until then, it is business as usual: we will continue fulfilling orders and supporting you as always.

Ordering will remain the same:  You can order through your Gina B sales representative, our wholesale website, Faire.com, email, toll-free number or fax (fax number may change).
